A production-shaped rebuild of the marketplace I migrated at Split Lease: server-mediated proposal state, database-enforced double-booking prevention, and maker-checker controls on high-risk admin actions — 27 pages on one design system.

Hardware-accelerated Pi camera stream
Rebuilt a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W livestream to offload H.264 encoding to the GPU instead of software-encoding MJPEG in Python — same stream, radically less load.
AI lead-qualification & drafting engine
An n8n workflow that scores inbound leads against a fit rubric with Gemini, logs them to Airtable, and drafts a first-pass response — a human approves before anything sends.
Voice-agent intake for host onboarding
A Bland AI voice agent that calls property hosts, collects a property description conversationally, and writes the structured fields straight into the platform.
Multi-channel message router
A Flask gateway on PythonAnywhere that intercepts webhooks and routes messages to SMS (Twilio), email (SendGrid), or in-app, per user preference — replacing a Zapier subscription outright.
